What's your opinion on the Altra Lone Peak 9+? Do they dry fast, are they good for around 5ºC weather? Would you recommend the GTX version instead?
I’m considering getting the Altra Lone Peak 9+ for hiking and trail use. What’s your experience with them?
How quickly do they dry after getting soaked, for example after rain or stream crossings? And how comfortable are they in colder conditions, around 5°C (41°F)? Are they warm enough while hiking with appropriate socks, or do they feel too breathable/cold?
I’d also be interested in hearing how they perform on wet and muddy trails and how you find the grip and overall comfort.
