I decided to clean my outdoor unit. I found the coil to be rather dirty. I used a vacuum with brush attachment to clean it and then the garden hose to flush water from the inside out. Seemed to work really well.

I also found the cabinet was actually rubbing the coil and it was almost touching the refrigerant tubes running through the coil. I cut back some of the cabinet since I couldn't seem to shift the coil.

I'm glad I found that. Even the Lennox badge was rubbing the coil so I removed it.

Unfortunately the metal cutting and painting the bare metal isn't exactly top tier but I don't care.
