The authority is forcefully implementing new technology like tax digital ID and AI because they can be used to control us better. Once in a while there is also sanitize older Technology so that it's the same as new technology and they have their hands over it and thay can control us too. For example horses did not need to be completely replaced with cars. Sure cars were better than horses in some areas but in other areas to horses which is simply better than cars for example and tight streats and a short roads. Yet they forcefully replaced all horses with cars because with cars they can make us debt slaves and the companies can control the cars than horses. I art community filled with creative and free thinking people, both traditional and digital art is prevalent because they realize that in some feilds digital art is worse than traditional art and in other feilds it's the other way around
