Zero Clearance Insert
my new-to-me band saw’s plastic insert was cupped, and was making cutting on anything smaller than the insert , in my case a 2” square ring box, scary because it would jerk the stock so hard.
used some scrap red oak to hopefully solve this problem. not a “perfect circle” but it’s a tight, flush fit in the table. 👍🏽
now to make the zero clearance insert for my table saw. 🙂
