Be incredibly fierce with darkness, for it must obey the higher impulse to change.
This isn’t just poetic advice—it’s a universal law. Darkness—fear, shame, guilt, depression, despair—feeds on passivity. It thrives when we surrender our energy to it without even realizing it. But the moment we stop obeying it… the moment we stand up and bring awareness, presence, and purpose into the room… darkness loses its grip.
You don’t fight darkness with more darkness. You don’t overcome low energy with more low energy. You transmute it by choosing to rise into a higher frequency—into love, gratitude, forgiveness, empathy, and unwavering truth.
And here’s what I’ve learned: you can be fierce and loving at the same time. Fierce doesn’t mean angry. Fierce means committed. Unshakable. Fully awake. You don’t bow down to the lies your mind tells you when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or afraid. You don’t negotiate with the parts of you that want to quit. You lead them.
The same way darkness can spread, light can too—but only if you embody it. Influence is born not from control, but from alignment. When your energy shifts, your world follows.
So when you feel trapped, lost, or stuck in the muck of low energy, remember this: nothing dark has dominion over you unless you agree to stay asleep. The moment you call on your higher self—the true self that’s compassionate, clear, and conscious—you become a force that darkness cannot withstand.
Stand in that light. Speak from that truth. Choose that energy. And darkness will obey, because it has no choice.
