A common opinion in our society is: "Men should not express emotions or cry because it makes them look weak."
I strongly disagree with this belief. Emotions are part of being human, and everyone—regardless of gender—has the right to feel and express them. Suppressing emotions can lead to serious mental health issues like depression and anxiety, especially in men who are expected to "stay strong" all the time. Crying is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of strength and emotional intelligence. Society should encourage emotional openness and empathy in men rather than silence. Real strength lies in being honest with yourself and facing your feelings instead of hiding them.
