Is it worthwhile to choose communication design?
Hey, I have a question about communication design. I’m studying design, and I’m currently in my first year. In the second year, I have to choose a specialization, such as communication design or product design.
In general, I’ve always been interested in communication design, but now I’m worried that in a few years AI might replace many jobs. It also seems like most corporations are looking more for people with UX/UI skills than for traditional graphic designers, which makes me question this career path.
Honestly, I don’t know what to do whether I should stay in communication design or choose product design for my second year. I feel really lost.
