YSK: You can use Siri to call from someone’s phone even when locked
Why ysk: If you find someone’s phone, you can try calling their mom or some relative using Siri and asking it to call “mom” or something like that
Since many people are pointing it out, you can still use Siri without voice recognition by long pressing the power button / home button
