What's the reason for having a riser under a restaurant…
What's the reason for having a riser under a restaurant booth? This is at Logan's in Bryant, Arkansas, but I've seen risers under booths at Colton's and Texas Roadhouse as well. I thought maybe it was just steakhouses, but they also have it at Verona Italian. I don't see the purpose of it. Somebody enlighten me. It's solid concrete. Would they put plumbing in that? And why would they need it under every booth but not the tables? It doesn't make any less floor to sweep. And it's a tripping hazard. What the heck are these for? #art | earnings |
