"If you’re reading this, don’t turn around."
My hands froze. A cold breath touched the back of my neck. Slowly, the lights in the hallway began to flicker. I wanted to run, but curiosity won.
So I turned around.
The hallway was empty… except for muddy footprints leading toward me.
Description/Inspiration:
I wanted to create a suspenseful horror ending inspired by classic psychological thrillers where fear comes from anticipation rather than showing the monster directly.
