Best way to fix this outdoor stair step
I’ve got a set of outdoor stairs that go to a separate section of my house - it’s fully open and exposed. One of the steps finally caved in after years of use and exposure to the elements. What’s the best way to open this up and fix it?
There seems to be some kind of black protective water proofing on them - I’m guessing this would need to be redone too.
