Yesterday in Mutterstadt, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany…

Yesterday in Mutterstadt, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, we saw the following object very high in the sky. At first we thought it was an advertising tower or something like that, but it was much too high for that. I had to zoom in a lot, so unfortunately the image is a bit blurry. What looks like a tail at the bottom of the pictures appeared to the naked eye more like a pole or a rope—so it wasn’t fanned out. It was gray.
The object at the top was blue with some white on it. Maybe some kind of balloon? But the object seemed to be completely stationary—there was no wind either.

Does anyone have any idea what that could be?

I asked ChatGPT and Grok - They think it’s an advertising balloon or an advertising rocket—but a rocket would have had to move and have a trail (here, the bottom part looked like a stick)—and for a balloon, I find the shape a bit odd...can it fly like that if it’s filled with helium? Well, maybe.

Did it look like thrust was coming out the bottom?

Nope... It looked like a pole or a rope. There was no sign of movement, and it was narrow.

We was just wondering what this could be... it was BIG... I think there is a logo or letter on it..but we could not see which exactly.
I was thinking of an advertising balloon... but aren't balloons supposed to be a little rounder?
