How is Italian history taught in Italian schools?
I am very curious how is history o Italy is taught in Italian school? What are the most important points as by the curriculum, what are accents, how deep ioto details does it go? Is there some focus on "Roman empire was good, Carthage was not" or it's neutral on Italian and foreign states? Who are "the good guys" between the fall of Rome and the start of Unification? What's the view on Ventennio? What are the last historical events taught in school history course, is it ww2 or it goes further to 50s and later?
