Winter especially in CT is rain and more rain. We had that big storm recently and not much rain after that. One more month and it will be Spring. If we don’t have much rain we’ll be looking at water restrictions in December. One sunny 🌞 day in CT and everyone goes to the beach 🤣🤣🤣
