There are many things that I have learnt/realised after using Tangled for weeks, which I would like to share with everyone here.
Using the Tangled app for mobile phones or logging in via internet browsers for phones/computers only give 20,000 Millix as appreciation for being online.
The Tangled browser which you can download on your computer gives 100,000 Millix for staying online.
Online rewards of either 20,000 Millix or 100,000 Millix is given every 25 minutes. To refresh and get the reward after every 25 minutes, head over "What's New" and refresh a few times.
You pay 5,000 Millix to leave a comment, 1,000 Millix to give a reaction (ie. like to post, dislike the post or emoticon reactions such as shocked), the first icon (ie. looks like a dollar note) on the left side of the comment allows user to give a quick tip of 10,000 Millix. No Millix is spent for viewing of posts.
Mentioning users, groups or putting hashtags comes at a price of 1,500 Millix per user/group/hashtag mentioned/used.
Similarly, you receive 5,000 Millix for every comment and 1,000 Millix for every reaction received. You will also earn 1,500 Millix when someone mentions/tags you and 1,000 Millix from every first unique user view on your post.
So I would suggest that if anyone tags you to their newly created posted, head over to view it and then give it a reaction. This way both of you earn 500 Millix each.
(Ie. Post creator pays 1,500 Millix to tag you, earns 1,000 Millix from your view and another 1,000 Millix from your reaction.
You earn 1,500 Millix from being mentioned, and spends 1,000 Millix for giving a reaction.)
It is mentioned that post create fee is 10,000 Millix, but it seems that only posting of YouTube links comes with this post creation fee. Normal post creations with either text, images or videos seem to have no deduction of Millix. I haven't tried putting external links.
(Would appreciate if Tangled users reading this can confirm on the point above.)
Advanced posting only allows 5 posts. If you accidentally set a time/date in the past, the post will be posted immediately.
(Eg. If the date and time is 07-Apr-2024 02:00am, and you wanted to make an advanced post at 07-Apr-2024 01:00pm but accidentally set as 07-Apr 01:00am. The post will posted immediately.)
There are moderators checking through posts on Tangled. If any posts have 18+ content but are not marked as 18+, moderators will delete the post.
(I am not really affected by this, but I actually think it is better if moderators mark it as 18+ content instead of deleting it. Because sometimes users may forget to tag it or even not aware that they need to tag it, instead of intentionally not tagging it.)
Advanced posts pending posting and newly created posts can be edited by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner.
I am not sure how long this edit function is available before it is removed. Fellow tanglers here who knows, please share?
Tangled pays you for the number of unique user views you get on a daily basis between 1700-1900 UTC. Usually around 1800.
Tangled users can send you direct messages. Direct messages can be accessed using the icon behind the bell icon for notifications. Just click on the arrow next to the notifications icon at the right column.

To answer your question about editing a post... posts can be edited for up to 30 minutes, after they are active.
