First day in a new company and i already wanna leave
I might be overreacting but i need your advice. Today was my first day at a new company, and I really did not like the rules and regulations. It is making me feel like I don't want to stay there anymore. Would it be right if I leave the company on only my second day?
Here are the details:
\\\* The company has no charging sockets for us to use.
\\\* They keep a record of even one minute of being late.
\\\* They will cut half a day's salary if you do not complete the full 9 hours and 30 minutes of work.
\\\* Out of those 9 hours and 30 minutes, there is only a 45-minute break.
\\\* The company only gives one single paid holiday per month. Its your choice if you wanna use it as half days or short leaves.
\\\* Even the people who have been working there were like everyone misses their kast company after coming here. Rules for late comings are very strict and all. I am so confused.
My brother says that these are petty issues but again mental health is important too!
Does it make sense to stay, or should I leave now?
