Sent a “Hey” after 9 years of no contact.. now I’m overthinking everything
I reconnected with someone after around 9 years(approximately) of zero contact. I found her profile and just sent a simple “Hey”
It’s been a bit of waiting now and I’m honestly overthinking it a lot.I’m not sure if that was too vague or if I should’ve added context in the first message. I didn’t want to come off too intense or weird after so many years.
What’s the normal expectation here? Should I follow up with another message adding context, or just wait it out?
Would appreciate honest opinions.
