Danner Mountain 600 fit question

I measure size 13D on the Brannock device. I have a tailors bunion on my right foot. 13 D is measured on my right foot which is my weirdest foot.

When I try on the Danner Mountain 600s in 13D, they feel great everywhere except for some slight pressure/pinching where the tailors bunion is.

In 13EE, that pressure is mostly gone, but the rest of the boot feels really roomy and I have to tighten the laces a bunch. I think it's mostly fine for now but I'm worried that as the boot breaks in and stretches, I'm going to struggle to keep it right enough to avoid a sloppy fit.

What size do you guys think I should go with? I'm torn between seeing if the 13Ds stretch enough after break in versus hoping the EEs don't stretch too much after a season or so.

Also I've tried lots of other models and brands of boots at this point and the Danner 600s are the ones that seem to match my foot the best. Altras are wide in the wrong spot, past where my tailors bunion is. Xeros fit pretty well but they don't have enough cushion and ankle support.
