Established on 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟏 by NIIT, an Indian computer company, 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘓𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘺 𝘋𝘢𝘺, was created to raise awareness about the importance of digital skills.
It aimed to address the lack of access to computers and education in underserved communities, and promote opportunities for everyone, especially children and women, to learn and grow in the digital age.
