hr stopped me by the elevators and said im building a pattern
like 3 months ago someone on my team said i cut them off in standup. i said sorry same day. thought that was it but hr will not let it go.
Last tuesday he threw a 15 min check in on my cal and the whole thing was a slack from july then he cc'd my director. yesterday around 4:40 he got me by the elevators two finance people standing right there and goes im building a pattern and i need to watch how i talk.
i used to be real hot headed. fought a lot when i was an amateur. havent done any of that since i got a normal job. felt it in my hands when that happened. just said i had a call and left and sat at my desk till it passed.
hes the one dragging a closed thing around. ive got the dates in my phone. havent gone over his head. dont want a scene ending up in my file.
anyone had hr refuse to drop something that was already handled? whatd you actually do
