Would someone have felt it when India hit Asia?
If someone was standing on or close to the edge of the Asian landmass when the Indian subcontinent hit the Asian techtonic plate would it have been a massive earthquake even though they don’t move fast? Could there have been a point where the two plates were just touching but not bulging to create the mountain range there?
