Is it still advisable to do a gpu upgrade even if it's not exactly the 'preferably' 50%+ performance uplift?
For example, if I own a 3070, and the best gpu upgrade I can afford is a 9060 XT 16GB and a 5060 Ti 16GB? Is that still a good decision despite being only 10% faster?
Gpus are getting inflated to the point where the gpu I bought years ago vs the gpu today (at the same msrp I bought a 3070) has little improvement in raster. Should I account features instead to cope with this?
Another example is those who bought an RX 6700 XT and their best gpu budget is a 9060 XT 16GB, which is only like 25% performance difference in raw power. The justifiable gpu upgrade, 9070, has to be 250 USD more. #technology #hardware
