CPU light on motherboard is on and no screen

My pc came from delivery and when I turn it on all the fans work, cpu cooler, general fans, GPU fans all work but there is a red light on the motherboard and nothing pops up on the screen,
anyone knows what could have caused this? Before delivery it worked perfectly fine.
