Hello. First time poster long time lurker and I’m actually confused about what’s going on.
Yup. This is an Israel post. And I’m really bothered about this whole war with Iran. I mean come to think of it Israel had everything going for itself. It had leverage in all the right places. Had already carved out a descent part for itself from Palestine. Had placed itself in such a way that it could commit the most horrible acts known to mankind and still get away with it every single time. Then comes the war in Iran. I also get the part that Iran is the last hurdle before israels unhindered expansionist ambitions are realised but is the view of the religious war actually true?? That’s what stumps me. Is it being made out that it’s necessary for the coming of the moshiach because the issue gets gravity and distracts from the real ambition of just expansion. I don’t know what’s true. Are they bluffing the religious and eschatological part ? Do they actually believe this and believe in it to such an extent that they’re willing to kill people and risk a nuclear Armageddon over it. It’s honestly stupid. I don’t get it. Can someone enlighten me about this please.
