I ran into a situation a minute ago that I haven’t experienced before and I was wondering if it was specific to Changi airport or if the rules have changed recently. I had a flight from Paris to Singapore where I bought a bottle of wine in the duty free in Paris. It was in a sealed bag from the Paris duty free. I departed the plane in terminal 3 and my flight to Sydney was in the same terminal but I still had to go through security to board the plane. At security they told me I wasn’t allowed to bring the duty free I had bought in Paris on my flight to Sydney. (it was still sealed in the bag). My past experiences have been that I’ve always been able to bring duty free with me on a connecting international flight. Have the rules changed on this or did they gaslight me? #travel source
