It left me stressed and taught me that being honest about my limits is healthier. ✔️Many people fear saying "no" because they don't want to disappoint others, hurt feelings, or miss opportunities. They worry about being judged or rejected. ✔️Yes. Saying "no" protects your peace, saves your time, and shows self-respect. Healthy boundaries help you focus on what truly matters. ✔️ Yes. I regretted not saying "no" because I took on too much responsibility. It caused unnecessary stress and left little time for myself. ✔️The hardest person to say 'No' to is my family because I care deeply about them and never want to disappoint them.
