Hard boiled eggs aren't that bad, most people just suck at making them.
People act like hard-boiled eggs are pure torture food. I always see people complaining about how they smell weird or taste gross.
IMO, the only reason people hate them is because they overcook them into oblivion. Most people just chuck their eggs in a pot, and let it boil for more than 10 minutes, so it would definitely taste way more nasty.
The sweet spot is if gets taken off the heat after 8-9 minutes, the yolk would be moist and slightly creamy. I also like to add some salt and pepper, and eat it with a side of soy sauce.
I could genuinely easily crush 6 of them in one sitting.
