I tried resawing on the bandsaw and melted my tire. What did I do wrong?
I tried resawing a 5 inch tall spf board and this big mess is what I finished with. Starting out the saw had no issues and the tire was seated correctly on the wheel but now it’s half off with the back side melted onto the back plate. I don’t resaw at all so don’t know what to fix for next time. Would appreciate any help.
