Bat out of Hell 2 is better than Bat out of Hell 1
Now obviously bat out of hell is more iconic and gets points because everything is original while a few songs off bat out of hell 2 are redone songs from Steinman’s own album (Bad for Good). But I think there are just more great songs on 2 and particularly I don’t think there are any songs on 1 that are quite as good as ‘id do anything for love’ or ‘objects in the rear view mirror’.
