Painted Concrete Columns — How Should I Prepare Them for Plastering and Blockwork?
I made a mistake during the construction of my house and painted some of the interior reinforced-concrete columns before the interior blockwork and plastering were completed. The columns have paint on them, but I now need to plaster some of these surfaces and also lay blocks against/connect block walls to some of the painted columns. What is the best way to correct this and get proper bonding?
