PETG printer is absolutely mangling the bottom of the print and then printing fine after

Its not even completing the layer, theres spots missing and it looks like its spewing spaghetti randomly, and that the layers aren't sticking together, but it prints everything after that just fine. I get a 95% correct print, I cant for the life of me figure out why it's starting out this way.
