Is Hawking radiation a 50/50 coinflip when it comes to the evaporation of blackholes?

From my understanding, hawking radiation comes from 2 particles that come into existence in the form of a matter and a antimatter particle.

What determines that the antimatter particle will go into the blackhole and not go into the universe, whilst giving the blackhole more energy via the positive matter particle?

Is it a coinflip or is there a reason why antimatter is seemingly attracted to blackholes?
