Thoughts on first backpack
Hey everyone… I need suggestions on a new backpack to use on my future trips. I live in the PNW and love going on day hikes and recently started camping, so being able to take the backpack on those short trips would be great.
But primarily, I wanna buy a new backpack to use on an upcoming trip to Guatemala from May 22nd to 26th, since I feel it’d be better to take a backpack rather than a roller bag on that trip. Currently I’m considering either the Osprey Kestrel 38 or the Osprey Farpoint 40… would you guys have any thoughts on which one to get between the two? I currently have $75 in REI rewards that I wanna spend on this product (but of course the final price is gonna be over).
