hey guys #tangled Today I want to finish #tournament3 #round4 about #hobby . My hobby is cooking. today I want to show you how to make Aceh Keu'eng Asam Fish (Without Starfruit).
I made the recipe below;
1. 2 pieces of fish
2. 1 tsp himalayan salt
3. tablespoons of orange juice lime or lemon
4. 600 ml of drinking water
5.10 grains of cayenne pepper
6.1/4 tsp ground pepper
7.1/2 tsp coriander powder
8. 3 shallots
9. 1 cloves of garlic
10. 1 knuckles turmeric
11. 3-4 sunti tamarind fruit that has been dried.
If all the ingredients have been prepared we proceed to the manufacturing step. Here are 3 easy steps to make aceh's typical sour keu'eng fish (without star fruit)
1. Manufacturing step Grind the spices, then add the ground spices. Add 2 fish and add water, stir until smooth. then cook until boiling.
2. feel the taste. If the gravy is still lacking, add another 1/2 tsp salt. Taste again. If it feels sour, spicy and slightly sweet and the sauce has shrunk, remove the cooked fish.
3. Ke'eng sour fish sauce is ready to be served. Here I do not use flavoring, sugar or the like.
It's completely natural. Because the taste will be sour, spicy and sweet from the fish itself.
