To the representatives who passed the bill to ban junk housing fees
Thank you. I know it's probably not perfect legislation and landlords are going to hunt for loopholes around it but my housing bills this month were significantly lower without certain fees that I had to pay until now. I know more action still has to be taken to fight some of the crap Denver rental companies try to pull, but it's nice to see something passed that I felt a direct impact from. Let's hope more legislative efforts are on the way.
