Need advice: UAE company promised a refund if my visa was rejected but now refuses to pay
I paid AED 7,500 to a UAE business setup company that promised a Free Zone business setup and visa. They verbally promised a full refund if my visa was rejected. My visa was rejected twice, and now they're refusing to refund my money. I'm back in Pakistan. What authority should I complain to, and can I take legal action from outside the UAE?
