What kind of fish can I farm in south Florida?

I’m utilizing an 250 gallon ibc tote. I also have I think a 650 gallon tank as well.

With frequent water changes and basic filtration. What do you think I can do?

I was considering tilapia, but unsure how they will do with temperature.
