☀️🌴 Winter has flown away, and summer is officially here! 😂🔥
The weather is getting hotter by the day, and the sun seems to have forgotten how to take a day off! 🥵☀️
Time to bring out the fans, cold drinks, sunglasses, and whatever little patience we have left! 🤣
But there's a sweet side to all this heat, the longan tree is bursting with fruits! 🌳🤍 So many longans hanging from the branches, it's as if the tree has decided to spoil us with its own summer harvest.
There's just one little problem, the birds and bats have already discovered the delicious longans and started helping themselves! 🐦😂 Apparently, they didn't wait for an invitation or even offer to share! They've declared an early feast, and we're now competing with our feathered neighbors for the harvest! 🤣
Now the big question is, who will get to enjoy the longans first? Us or the birds? Because eating them is easy, but picking them in this heat is a different story! 😂
Goodbye, winter! Hello, sunshine, sweat, juicy longans, sticky fingers, and hungry birds! Summer, please be gentle with us! 🤣☀️🍃❤️

Absolutely stunning pictures, so beautifully captured😍 The longans look delicious and what a lovely sight to have right in your garden. Hopefully you get to enjoy your fair share before the birds and bats claim the harvest😂❤️🌳☀
The birds are already enjoying their share! 😂 Hopefully, you get to harvest plenty of sweet longans before they do! ❤️

Hahaha, they certainly don't waste any time! 😂🐦 I think they consider the tree their personal buffet! ❤️ I'll pick some for myself, but I don't mind leaving plenty for them. There's enough sweetness to go around! 🥰🌿😘

This fruit looks like almost litchi inside, winter should come here but I'm still feeling the heat and sweating, we had a little rain this afternoon. These photos are awesome, glad that you blessed with this fruit, dear! Hope you doing great over there! 🤗😍🥰🦋❤️🌹

Yes, my dear, the inside does look a lot like a lychee. 🥰 The taste is also quite similar, although longan has its own lovely sweetness. ❤️ I hope you get some cooler weather soon! Even a little rain helps, but I know how uncomfortable it is when the heat just won't go away. Here in Mauritius, summer is making itself felt already! 😂☀️ I'm doing well, thank you, and feeling very lucky to have this little harvest to share with the birds too. Sending you a big hug and lots of love! 🤗😘🦋🌹
Enjoy those delicious longons and don't melt in the sunshine, ma chérie 🤩 ⛱️💕🌸

Thank you for the reminder! 🥰☀️ With this Mauritian heat, drinking plenty of water is a must! 😂❤️ Longan is sweet, juicy, and has a delicate, slightly musky flavour, a little like lychee. Once you start eating them, it’s hard to stop! 😋🌿

Hahaha, there’s enough for everyone! 😂❤️ Honestly, I’m happy the birds are finding something to eat too. 🐦🥰 Nature belongs to us humans as much as it belongs to these little creatures, and it makes me happy to share with them. 🌿❤️ Thank you for your lovely wishes, dear Judit! Wishing you a beautiful weekend filled with happiness and sunshine! 😘🌺

I would also like to say goodbye to winter ❄️, but unfortunately our winter ☃️ will come very soon and will torment us with cold and frost 🥶 for several months. Enjoy the heat my friend 😊🌞☀️🌻🏖️

Winter in the Czech Republic is completely different from winter here in Mauritius. We don't get any snow, of course! 😂 I actually prefer winter because summer here can get really hot and humid. I find the cooler weather much more comfortable! 😊
