Rugby is a physically intense team sport played with an oval-shaped ball. The goal is to carry, pass, or kick the ball to score points by getting it over the opponent’s goal line (called a try).
Unlike many sports, players can’t pass the ball forward only sideways or backward so teamwork and strategy are very important. It also involves tackling, making it one of the toughest and most energetic games out there.
