OP: "Oh my god you guys last week I was on a pleasant hike in Arches and there were dog poop bags everywhere. Then I was in backcountry of Rocky Mountains and this out-of-control dog nearly bit me. That dog's owner didn't give a shit and they even had the audacity to blame me for existing. Why are there so many unleashed dogs running around?"

Reply #5 eah some people just shouldn't take their dogs out in public. Sometimes I leave my dog at home when I know he can't behave himself. The only times I make exceptions and take him with me, are on days that in in '-y'"
