Long flight, best travel pillow?

I have an 11+ hour flight coming up. What travel pillow works best for you? I am considering the TRTL, but it is expensive and of course don’t want to buy it if it’s not worth it. Would love to hear what works best for you.

I’ll be in coach in an aisle seat, so no window to lean against.
