How do I apologize for something that's my fault?
Last year,I fell off with a friend because of some miscommunication. Feeling butthurt and my ego bruised, I talked shit about them to another friend, concerning their hygiene habits. friend then snitched to said ex friend. We're on good terms now, and they no longer seem to mind. Recently,I wanted to confront my past actions to them. How should I apologize about talking shit about them, plus how do I show through my actions that I've truly changed and matured?
