If I want a certain aesthetic for an adu, do I find a general contractor or one that specializes in that aesthetic?
I’m planning on building an adu in the near future but want to learn about how it works. If I was a specific aesthetic, do I find a contractor that specializes in that aesthetic or do I find an architect or something first and then any contractor to execute it? What’s the most cost effective way to go about this? Thank you!
