Beware of Travoport
Travoport is scam. I bought a ticket from Tornoto to Boston for Sept 13th, 2026. No e-ticket and/or e-tracking number till Sept 12th. I called on Sept 12th, and waiting for an hour I got hannged up multiple times. Finally, I got through I was told that they decided to change the flight to Oct 21st. The customer support girl was yelling back at me, instead of admitting their mistake and refuse to even find a solution or refund. I called the bank and disputed the charges. They are simply a fraaud/scam.
