Most Master’s Degrees are a Waste
Unsure how unpopular this is, but wanted to share anyway and get thoughts:
I feel like a lot of people don’t realize when they go get a masters degree, when they’re gonna go get a job is that they’re applying for a job that’s literally 1/1 or 1/2. So they’re going back to school to spend a lot of money to get an advanced degree to get a very specialized set of skills for a job that might not even exist where they live or can live because when your competing against 30 other people possibly that have your same qualifications, and the job is 1/1, I just feel like it ends up getting people stuck.
Or you end up not being able to get paid the amount that you should get paid because you have a masters degree.
Thoughts?
