Advice for the new guys - one of the most valuable traits in an employee is leaving the jobite organized and tidy at the end of each day.
I always tell this to new guys who I work with. If you want to get paid more, be the guy who your boss knows he can trust to leave the jobsite clean, safe and organized every day and especially on Friday. That's half the battle with employers - finding a guy who you can trust to behave professionally. And if you don't work somewhere where a clean, safe jobsite is a priority then you should probably find somewhere else to work.
