I’m looking to go on a 10-14 day trip sometime late September 2026 but stuck between two places (I’m from the United States). I’ve been to western Europe before and would like to go to Central Europe this time. I enjoy the European culture, architecture, lifestyle and nightlife. However, Japan has always interested me and seems like more of a culture shock which is what I’m looking for.
Does anyone have any opinions on my two trip options?
Central Europe: Munich > Prague > Vienna > Berlin or Krakow or Budapest
OR
Japan: Tokyo > Kyoto > Osaka
