After Fard Salah Adkhar
As Salamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh. I would like to share something I have learned recently that In Shaa Allah would bring us closer to Allah Azawajal thru sincere ibadah. Listed below are the after Fard Salah Adkhar that I collected from various scholars, student of knowledge and the book Fortress of the Muslim.
**After Fard Salah Adkhar (after you said your tasleem/as salamu alaykum wa rahmatullah)**
**\*\* Note - best if done after fard salah while still sitting. can still be done any time up until the adhan of the next prayer or when you remember if you forgot, and Allah knows best.**
1. **Astaghfirullah** (I ask Allah for forgiveness) **Recite 3 times**
2. **Allahumma Antas-Salam, wa Minkas-Salam, Tabarakta Ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram** (O Allah, You are the Source of Peace, and from You comes all peace. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor.) **Recite 1 time**
3. **La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku, wa lahul-hamdu, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir. Allahumma la mani'a lima a'tayta, wa la mu'tiya lima mana'ta, wa la yanfa'u dhal-jaddi minkal-jadd** (There is no god but Allah, He is One and Unique, He has no partners, His is the Kingdom, His is the Praise, He is the All-Powerful over all things. O Allah! No one can withhold what You have given, no one can give what You have withheld, and the greatness of the great will be of no avail against You) **Recite 1 time**
4. **La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahu al-mulku walahu al-hamdu, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer. La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah, La ilaha illallah wa la na'budu illa iyah. Lahun na'matu, wa lahul fadl, wa lahus sanaa-u wal-husnaa, la ilaha illallahu mukhlisina lahud deen, walaw karihal-kafiroon.** (There is no god but Allah, He is One and has no partner. His is the sovereignty, His is the praise, and He is able to do all things. There is no power nor strength except with Allah. There is no god but Allah, and we worship none but Him. For Him is the grace, for Him is the bounty, for Him is the glory and excellence. There is no god but Allah, we make our religion purely for Him, even though the disbelievers may detest it) **Recite 1 time**
5. **Version 1:** **SubhanAllah** (Glory be to Allah) **33 times**, **Alhamdulillah** (All praise is due to Allah) **33 times**, **Allahu Akbar** (Allah is the Greatest) **33 times**, **La ilaha illallah, Wahdahu la sharikalah Lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu Wa hua ala kullu shay'in kadir** (There is no god but Allah, He is One and Unique, He has no partners, His is the Kingdom, His is the Praise, He is the All-Powerful over all things) **1 time**, to complete **100**.
6. **Version 2: SubhanAllah 10 times, Alhamdulillah 10 times, Allahu Akbar 10 times**
7. **Version 3: SubhanAllah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times, Allahu Akbar 34 times**
8. **Version 4: SubhanAllah 25 times, Alhamdulillah 25 times, Allahu Akbar 25 times** *\*\* can be recited separately or together like: SubhanAllah wal Hamdulilllah walllahu Akbar | just pick one of the version and move on to the next adkhar.*
9. **3 Quls (Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, Surah An-Nas)** **Recite 1 time**
10. **Ayatul Kursi** ("Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi after every obligatory prayer, nothing stands between him and Paradise except death." (Sahih al-Bukhari 2311, 4338) **Recite 1 time =** ***ultimate reward, do not skip! 30-40 seconds of recitation you get Jannah, In Shaa Allah***
