Haha, that “future you” calling you is actually pretty funny, 🤯😄 but also kind of a wake-up call. 👍 At least you’re aware of it now, and that’s already a good first step. 👍 No need to feel too bad about it though, you can’t change the past scrolling, but you can decide what today looks like. Even small changes will add up. 👍 Just don’t let “future you” bully “present you” too much, 😅 use it as motivation instead of pressure.
