Toddler bed vs New Crib @ 18/20 months
I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and have a 1yr old. Meaning I will have a 15 month old & a newborn in October.
I am planning to have my newborn in a bassinet in my bedroom for the first 6ish months before transitioning to his own bed in his own room.
I can’t decide if I should buy him a new crib or if I should pass him down my daughter’s crib and get her a toddler bed/floor bed. It just feels like a waste to buy another crib when she won’t need hers for much longer after that right? (I honestly don’t know when you usually transition beds with kids first time mum and no friends with kids)
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!
